Cancellations must be made well in advance, at least 4 weeks prior to your ceremony date so I have time to make a call out, book someone else and prepare. Otherwise, you will lose your deposit and will have to pay a deposit again to re-book. If I have already created your tattoo design and you cancel, I will keep the deposit for exchange towards my time and energy, and your design will be ready for your when it is in alignment for you.

Exceptions are:

• Proof of Covid-Positive test results

• Emergency situation
