Cancellations must be made well in advance, prior to your ceremony date so I have time to make a call out, book someone else and prepare. Otherwise, you will lose your deposit and will have to pay a deposit again to re-book.

Exceptions are:

• Proof of Covid-Positive test results

• Emergency situation
